During this initiative, our team will provide enriching opportunities to bridge current knowledge gaps, share best practices, and improve the overall state of participating Nursing Homes and Long-Term Care facilities.

Our virtual tabletop exercise aims to demystify C.auris, offering a platform for participants to gain valuable knowledge, share experiences, and collectively address the challenges posed by this silent threat.

*A total of 6.0 credit hours of Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be offered for each Learning Collaborative by Suwannee River Area Health Education Center, Inc. A certificate will also be provided upon completion.
